1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or placing an order through MEHAKVA's authorised channels, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, registered accounts, and purchasers. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products & Availability

MEHAKVA sells home and automotive air freshener spray products manufactured and quality-checked in accordance with applicable Indian safety standards. All products are packaged in premium dispensers and labelled with ingredients and usage instructions.

Product images on the website are representative. Actual fragrance intensity and longevity may vary based on room size, ventilation, temperature, and usage frequency. We do not make medical or therapeutic claims about our fragrances.

Stock availability is subject to change without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a full refund or a suitable alternative.

3. Pricing & GST

All product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are denominated in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.

B2B buyers requiring GST invoices with input tax credit must provide a valid GSTIN at checkout. Retail customers purchasing for personal use will receive a standard tax invoice.

Promotional sale prices and discount codes are valid only during the specified offer period and may be subject to minimum cart value requirements or product exclusions.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across serviceable pin codes in India. A processing fee of ₹50 is charged on COD orders to offset verified return-to-origin (RTO) courier costs. This fee is non-refundable if the order is refused at delivery without a valid product defect reason.

We reserve the right to decline COD orders at our discretion if there is a pattern of RTO or non-acceptance at the delivery address. In such cases, prepaid payment options remain available.

5. Orders & Contract Formation

A binding contract between you and MEHAKVA is formed only when we send you an order confirmation by email or WhatsApp. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; it does not guarantee that the order will be accepted.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, fraudulent activity, or stock unavailability, and will issue a full refund promptly.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Our full Cancellation Policy is available at cancellation-policy. A summary of key points:

• Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch.
• Post-dispatch, cancellation is not available — you may refuse at doorstep.
• Prepaid order refunds for pre-dispatch cancellations are processed within 3–5 business days.
• Products with manufacturing defects or transit damage are eligible for replacement or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the MEHAKVA brand name, logo, fragrance names, product photography, copy, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of MEHAKVA and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. Reproduction or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, MEHAKVA's total liability for any claim arising from use of the website or purchase of products shall not exceed the value of the individual order in question. MEHAKVA is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of data, revenue, or opportunity.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MEHAKVA, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the website, or any violation of applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from purchases or use of the MEHAKVA website shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of Ghaziabad / Delhi NCR shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of a different jurisdiction apply.
