Due to the intimate olfactory nature of fragrance formulations, bottles with broken tamper seals cannot be returned for resale. However, if your product arrives broken, leaking, defective, or incorrect, we offer a 100% free replacement or full refund within 7 days of delivery.

2. Video Verification

To claim transit damage or leakage, please share an unboxing video or clear photo of the damaged dispenser with our concierge via WhatsApp (+91-8287725668) or support@mehakva.com within 48 hours of receipt.

3. Refund Processing
